DIPA brewed with Hops from opposite sides of the planet. We have Enigma and Riwaka representing the Tropical Southern hemisphere and Citra and Chinook reppin' the dank citrus forward Northern hemisphere. 

Expect banana, vanilla and marzipan in the nose. Fruit notes are balanced nicely with classic spicy clove. Effervescent and easy to drink

Named after the ladder truck in service with the Janesville fire department! This Irish red is easy to drink with a slightly sweet malty finish! 

A German Black (Schwarz) Lager. Expect light roast and chocolate notes, with pleasant malt aroma and a smooth mouthfeel.

A traditional dry stout, has a bittersweet or unsweetened chocolate character. hints of coffee and a silky mouthfeel round out the finish along with a clean bitterness from the German magnum hops.

Lower gravity stout brewed with Milk Sugar. Sweet and roasty upfront with a slight dark bitter chocolate finish.

A different take on our traditional Porter, with hints of vanilla and coffee.
