Light in color and malt character, with a slightly dry, crisp finish.

Floral, earth aroma with a touch of hay and honey. A gentle, sweet malty flavor that finishes with a firm but not aggressive bitterness.

40 oz to Freedom - 7%

In honor of our nation's 250th birthday i decided to make an old school malt liquor with Red, White and Blue corn.

Coming in at a healthy 7% ABV, 40oz to Freedom is robust and unabashedly American.

Big thanks to Willie Hughes at W.Hughes Farm for growing and malting the blue corn. He also sourced the Red and White corn for us as well.

Tower 81 Irish Red - 5.8%

Named after the ladder truck in service with the Janesville Fire Department. This Irish Red is easy drinking with a slightly sweet, malty finish that goes great with cool fall nights.

English Dark & Mild - 3.9%

Light with a roasted nutty and caramel flavor. Smooth drinkin!

10 Day IPA - 6.7%

This crusher of an IPA is wonderfully fruit-centric and smooth with a delicious citrus bite. Packed with Nugget, Centennial, Alora, and Citra hops. Enjoy!

Summertime Roll - 5.6%

Smooth, crisp, with gentle hoppiness. You will be addicted to the 100% Centennial Pale.
